In accordance with Article 56(1) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, the Company shall make the refund within 14 days from receipt of this statement, using the same means of payment, unless the consumer has expressly indicated a different method of refund.

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL APPLIES AND WHEN IT DOES NOT

The right of withdrawal APPLIES (14 days from conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason) if the reservation does not include a specified day or period of performance of the service, e.g. purchase of an open voucher without a designated date.

The right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY (Article 59(1)(n) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) if the reservation concerns a service with a specifically designated date (date/dates of lessons, course or rental) — as it is a service related to leisure and sporting events with a specified date of performance.

In the case of a reservation with a specified date, the Cancellation & Weather Policy (§ 8 of the General Terms and Conditions) shall apply.

How to submit the form

The completed form must be sent before the expiry of 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (the date of sending shall be decisive):

  1. by e-mail: biuro@kite-habits.pl, with the subject: “Withdrawal from the contract — [name and surname]”,
  2. by registered letter:

    The Company shall promptly confirm receipt of the withdrawal statement by electronic means.

Note

If the Client has expressly requested the commencement of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and subsequently withdraws from the contract, they are obliged to pay an amount proportional to the scope of services provided until the moment of informing the Company of the withdrawal (Article 57(3) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
